Higher consciousness knows everything happens for a reason and there is a cause and effect. But energy of electric vibrational frequency does not know the reason, it only attracts where it is in. It does not know the differences between negative and positive, dark and light. So it will be attracting the frequency, where it is connecting.
In this case, somehow if you are in the lower vibration, then you can change it only by your conscious choice. And then it will connect you to the higher frequency for continue changing your reality to the highest level.
From another point, subconscious mind is more powerful than the conscious mind, though it feels like it does not know what is wrong or right, and it brings everything what it thinks needed to the surface level. But somehow it is doing everything right by its synchronicity, though sometimes seems it might doing the wrong thing, until it's completely clean the old patterns.
Then after coming to the conscious level, if needed suddenly it can change the direction easily. Contrariwise, the conscious mind can differentiate the right and wrong, then it brings what supposed to be or should be done by its truth, love, compassion, ethics and awareness.
