In this case, what kind of energy you attract you will do the same, similarly you will give the same, the type of energy you are! So, if you are in a negative situation then you will attract that energy, but you will not feel better if you are high vibrational being in that place. To the opposite, if you are with good energy or in a peaceful place then you will also feel more intense than others.
Though, a negative situation makes people more excited, in fact they actually enjoy that. Because they do not know the impact of the unconscious world of dark effect. So, if you have had enough lessons and do not want to have miserable situations anymore, then be aware and choose your place and circle, where all are living in the higher vibration.
Sometimes, it is challenging to maintain your energy in the 3rd world, because it tries to pull you back to the old dimension. But if someone learns their lesson completely by their self-mastery, they will never go back. Even if they do unconsciously, they will come back to their place soon. From another view point, it may seem like a continuous process, since long you live in the old world. But you have to be careful enough about what kind of information you are feeding in your mind from the 3D world.
Finally, I would say do not even download or take huge information, either it is good or bad. Because, it can also be another reason to lower your vibration, it hurts overall and you have already done a lot. Instead, mostly focus on your well-being and do your work peacefully, then you will be fully aligned and receive what is yours in your perfect timing. But if you want to go through another mystery of adventure after a certain time, then I can say, you may start again and this time it will take you through at ease, and make you more calm, stable and in peace by releasing all your fear, and that will bring your strongest and most powerful version for your higher mission with greater vivid vision.
